The U.S. Navy SEALs are a highly trained and heavily employed fighting force forward deployed in over two dozen countries on any given day. Since the attacks of September 11, 2001, there has been an unprecedented demand for our Special Operations Forces. Never before has so much been asked of so few, from so many, for so long.
The Birdies by the Bay Charity Golf Event at Half Moon Bay benefits the Navy SEAL Foundation. The U.S. Navy SEALs are a highly trained and heavily employed fighting force forward deployed in over two dozen countries on any given day. Many have upwards of nine to twelve deployments lasting six to nine months each since our country was attacked on September 11th, 2001.
We can all play a part. Your involvement is essential and more than ever we need your commitment and support.
$2,500 – Golf Foursome
There will be a Shamble Championship, with one winning team for each course. There will be a one hole playoff on the famous Old Course 18th hole between the Ocean & Old Course winners for the Birdies by the Bay Grand Champion Trophy.
Golf participants may register an additional day guest for $100 which includes their entry into the reception and dinner. Area activities are plentiful including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Spa, beach access, the Coastal Trail, and shopping in nearby downtown Half Moon Bay.
Please note the above levels of event participation do not include hotel accommodations, which must be booked separately. We encourage all participants to make their hotel reservations immediately as accommodations sell out each year.
